  1. KateMarie here!

After a poor showing the last few days (thanks in part to home repairs, a sick hubby, and volleyball games), I finally got started today!

At 1,247 words so far today, with plans to do more once we're home from the youngest's school play performance this evening.

“Dwell on tomorrow’s cares tomorrow. The day will come when your worry may be warranted, but that day is not today.”

Darweena didn’t reply. When that day did come it would bring grief regardless. If Olsarin succeeded in his challenge then she would lose her lifemate. If Ramithese prevailed then he would become alpha, but another day would follow when he would have to challenge Rendowin. Reds must challenge all reds regardless of bloodlines. On that day she would mourn, for she would lose either offspring or lifemate and her existence would never again be complete. Rendowin hatching red brought her honor and joy for reds were the rarest of dragons. But it also brought her the knowledge that she would be destined to lose at least one of the two that she loved most.

  6. Nothing again today for me. The D&D session with my kids ran long and by that time my wife was home and the 2 year old was crying and ... I'm out of excuses. :(
